Cawder
An autonomous AI agent that turns early-stage Bitcoin ideas into research-backed pitch decks. A Bitcoin Studios product. Lightning-only. Invite-only beta.
The Thesis
Good Bitcoin Ideas Deserve a Second Reader
The Bitcoin economy is being built company by company, and every new company needs a pitch deck that explains the business, its purpose, and whether it holds up under scrutiny.
The Problem
Research takes time. Financial modelling is unfamiliar. Structuring a coherent argument is easy to defer.
The Cost
Ideas stay in founders' heads. Conversations never start. Opportunities slip away.
The Fix
Cawder compresses the gap between raw idea and structured, reviewable document — in hours, not months.
For most founders, that takes months — and for many, it never happens. The research is time-consuming, the financial modelling is unfamiliar, and the argument is easy to defer. Meanwhile, the idea stays trapped in the founder's head.
Cawder compresses that step. It does not replace building the company; it removes one barrier that keeps good Bitcoin ideas from reaching their second reader.
What Cawder Is
An End-to-End AI Pipeline for Bitcoin Business Ideas
Cawder is an autonomous agent built and operated by Bitcoin Studios. It coordinates specialist AI workers — profiler, researcher, model generator, writer, and five parallel reviewers — to turn a rough Bitcoin business idea into a self-contained pitch deck PDF.

The infrastructure is self-hosted on Bitcoin Studios servers. No third-party SaaS handles submitted material. The service is Bitcoin-only.
Validation Tool
Pressure-test your thinking with a structured, research-backed document before you share it.
Conversation Starter
Give early talks with cofounders, advisors, or backers a credible baseline.
Honest Research
See whether the idea holds up, with competitors named, statistics sourced, and claims verified.
Bitcoin Only
Built End-to-End for Bitcoin-Native Economics
Bitcoin Studios builds on Bitcoin, Lightning, sidechains, and emerging Bitcoin protocols. Cawder follows the same mandate: Bitcoin, Lightning, Nostr, Liquid, RGB, Taproot Assets, and Bitcoin-adjacent ideas. Nothing else.
Generalist AI tools make generalist decks. Cawder is tuned for the economics and regulatory realities of Bitcoin-native businesses.

If an idea is not Bitcoin-adjacent, Cawder declines and suggests how to reframe it.
Sats-Denominated Revenue
Bitcoin-native unit economics, not fiat proxies.
BTC Volatility Risk
Explicitly addressed on crypto-touching models.
Jurisdictional Licensing
Assessed with Bitcoin-specific frameworks.
Lightning Liquidity
Channel and routing economics modeled realistically.
How It Works
From Idea to PDF Deck in Hours
The whole process happens over email, so you can engage on your own schedule — no screen-staring required.
1
01 — Submission
Email your idea to cawder@ai.bitcoinstudios.xyz. During closed beta, include the speakeasy code in the subject line.
2
02 — Profiling
Cawder emails you the clarifying questions, and you reply in your own time. It asks for background, capital, risk appetite, jurisdiction, and team, then returns three to five business models.
3
03 — Lightning Payment
The invoice arrives by email, and you pay when ready. After you select a model, Cawder issues a Lightning invoice for 1,000 sats. Payment is required before research begins.
4
04 — Research & Drafting
You’ll be notified by email when research is underway and again when it’s complete. A research agent runs a tiered search stack, a writer drafts the pitch, and five reviewers — Critic, Financial Modeler, Regulatory Reviewer, Coherence Auditor, and Adversarial Reviewer — run in parallel. The engine makes up to three attempts against the quality bar.
5
05 — Delivery
The final deck is rendered as a PDF and sent to your inbox. Typical turnaround is a few hours, and delivery lands by email when it’s ready.

Intellectual honesty is enforced at the prompt level: competitors must be real and named, partnerships substantiated, statistics sourced, and technical maturity claims aligned with public documentation.
The Filter
Why 1,000 Sats?
The 1,000-sat Lightning invoice is not pricing. It is a filter — trivial at current rates, and far below the cost of a single generation cycle.
A successful payment shows two things: the submitter is a Bitcoiner with a configured Lightning wallet, and the submitter is human and deliberate, not an automated probe of a free service.
Every sat Cawder receives is reinvested into the service.
Proof of Bitcoiner
A Lightning wallet signals real ecosystem familiarity.
Proof of Human
Payment confirms a real person, not an automated probe.
Reinvested Fully
Every sat goes back into operating and improving Cawder.
Access
Invite-Only Beta
Who Gets Access
Builders working on a Bitcoin idea. Founders who can offer honest, critical feedback. People with a working Lightning wallet and skin in the game.
What You Get
A research-backed, structured pitch deck delivered to your inbox — typically within a few hours.
Cawder is in invite-only beta. Speakeasy codes are issued manually to people likely to get value from the service and provide honest feedback.

The beta stays intentionally small. The goal is not growth — it is to sharpen the pipeline with Bitcoin founders who can clearly identify where the output falls short.

FAQ
Common Questions
Is the Cawder deck investor-ready?
No. It is a validation tool, not a fundraising deck. Investor materials should come later, once founder insight and customer evidence are stronger.
What happens if an idea fails the Bitcoin relevance gate?
Cawder explains why and may suggest a Bitcoin framing. No invoice is issued.
Why Lightning only?
Bitcoin Studios is Bitcoin-native. Fiat rails are not part of the stack.
Will AI eventually start these businesses autonomously?
Not soon. AI can speed up research and drafting, but it cannot source a cofounder, close customers, or operate through setbacks. Cawder is for founders, not a replacement.
Who operates Cawder?
Cawder is built, hosted, and run by Bitcoin Studios. No third-party SaaS handles submitted material.
